I've been assigned my first students at Arthur Murray, the first ones who will actually be mine. The only downside is that one of them wants to meet in the afternoons so my ability to take a part time job has just become severely limited and I'm questioning whether it's worthwhile at this point.
In other (dance) related news, I'm doing my first choreography in preparation for a showcase performance next month (west coast swing, of course), I taught my first class last week (a starter class in rumba and merengue), running practices, assisting in all manner of lessons, and generally having a blast. I can't recall the last time I looked forward to going to work this much.
Scratch that. I've never look forward to going to work this much, not even while working for Fast Forward. This is so awesome.
