11) Canoe rental on the lake.
12) Watching fireworks on the lake.
13) Constant music performances.
14) Easy access to Milwaukee.
15) Thrift shops.
16) 20 minutes to anywhere else in the city, no matter where you're starting or going.
17) The Onion on all news stands.
18) $3 movies at the Union.
19) Heck, pretty much everything else at the Union.
20) Summer sausage.
21) Year-round farmer's market.
22) Taste of Madison.
23) All the festivals in Milwaukee.
24) An adorable little airport.
25) Far too many dance studios and teachers to choose from.
